Job summary

Robertson Tire is looking for a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate mechanical needs for customers, and upsell tires, wheels, repairs, and services. You will perform visual inspections, document findings, and help maintain showroom standards while building lasting relationships with customers.

The role requires 1–3 years in automotive service sales, strong communication, and a self-driven, team-oriented attitude. Weekend availability is a plus in this fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales or retail automotive
• Strong customer service and sales background
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust in customers

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and deliver a world-class service experience
