Job summary

Robertson Tire in Muskogee, OK is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests and deliver a world-class service experience. You will act as the liaison between customer and technician, translating mechanical needs into clear recommendations and confidently selling tires, services, and warranties.

You will perform visual inspections, document findings, and build lasting relationships that convert first-time guests into lifelong customers, while helping maintain showroom and inventory standards and

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background.
