Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) invites graduates to join the GIFT Program in Burley, ID, a 10–12 month rotational training that spans Design, Production, Customer Service, and Sales. After completion, you transition into a Sales Representative role with a salary in the $70k–$80k range.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship, and cross-department collaboration, culminating in a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Required: bachelor’s degree to start the position.
• Must obtain bachelor’s degree between 12/2026 – 05/2027.
• Ability to start between 05/2027 – 07/2027.
• Must be able to travel as necessary and possess valid travel documents.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Capacity to stand and sit for long periods.
• Ability to squat, kneel and bend as necessary.
• Internship or Co-op experience in related fields is preferred.
• Preferred degrees: Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the assigned GIFT Mentor to stay on track and reinforce goals.
• Rotate through Design, Production, Customer Service and Sales.
• Work on assignments or projects in the department under supervision.
• Learn how main plant departments work together.
• Identify issues and present findings and possible solutions to supervisors and mentor.
• Attend GIFT program training conferences.
• Collaborate with Corrugated Business Associates on projects.
• Follow PCA policies and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Support PCA’s Commitment to Service by adding value and growth.
