Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America in Northampton, MA is seeking a Corrugated Business Associate as part of the GIFT Program to rotate through Design, Production, Customer Service and Sales channels. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required upon starting the position.
• Must obtain Bachelor’s degree between 12/2026 – 05/2027
• Must be able to travel as necessary and possess valid documents for travel
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
• Capacity to stand and sit for long periods of time.
• Preferred: Internship or Co-op in related field

Responsibilities

• Rotations through Design, Production, Customer Service, and Sales.
• Collaborate with GIFT Mentor to meet role goals.
• Complete department assignments under supervision.
• Identify issues and propose improvements to supervisors.
• Participate in GIFT program trainings and conferences.
• Work with Corrugated Business Associates on projects.
• Meet PCA's customer service commitments.
