Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required at start date.
• Must obtain Bachelor's degree between 12/2026 - 05/2027.
• Willingness to travel as necessary and possess valid travel documents.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Capacity to stand and sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GIFT Mentor and rotate through Design, Production, Customer Service, and Sales.
• Complete department assignments under supervisor guidance.
• Learn how main plant departments interact and contribute to overall workflow.
• Identify issues and present findings and solutions to supervisor and Mentor.
• Attend GIFT program training conferences.
• Collaborate with other GIFT participants on projects.
• Share information to improve service delivery to customers.
• Support PCA's commitment to service by adding value for customers.
