Job summary

PCA’s Corrugated Business Associate program is a full-time, salaried role designed for recent graduates. It offers a 10–12 month rotational experience through Design, Production, Customer Service, and Sales, with mentorship and group conferences to develop future leaders who will transition into a Sales Representative role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required to start.
Ability to travel and have travel documents.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand/sit for long periods.
Open to recent graduates entering a rotational program with sales focus.

Responsibilities

Rotate through Design, Production, Customer Service, and Sales.
Work with a GIFT Mentor to stay on track and meet goals.
Complete department projects under supervision and present improvements.
Attend GIFT training conferences.
Collaborate with peers to complete group projects.
Follow company policies and deliver high-quality service.
