Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) in Harrisonburg, VA, invites recent graduates to join the GIFT rotational program. You’ll rotate through Design, Production, Customer Service, and Sales while developing core sales skills and industry knowledge.

The program lasts 10–12 months and leads to a full-time Sales Representative role. A bachelor’s degree is required, with travel possible and a focus on service excellence to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required upon starting the position.
• Bachelor’s degree must be obtained between 12/2026 – 05/2027.
• Internship or Co‑op experience preferred, especially in sales/marketing environments.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.
• Ability to work in a team and build relationships across departments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in PCA’s GIFT rotational program across Design, Production, Customer Service and Sales.
• Develop sales skills and customer service experience during a 10–12 month training period.
• Transition into a full-time Sales Representative role upon successful program completion.
