We’re looking for Sales Representatives who are passionate about connecting with customers, generating opportunities, and turning interest into sales.

In this role, you’ll engage with both new and existing customers, create leads through outbound outreach, and nurture warm inbound leads who are already exploring their next vehicle purchase. You’ll build relationships, identify customer needs, and guide buyers through a seamless digital car-buying experience from first conversation to final delivery.

Location: Medford, OR (On-site)
Pay: $22/hour + Uncapped Bonus Potential
Schedule: Variety of schedules; 8 hour shifts

What You’ll Do
