Join our team as a Sales Representative (Work From Home) at Equis Financial. This position is ideal for both experienced sales professionals and newcomers, as we provide comprehensive training for all new agents.

Compensation

Commission-only basis.

Job Description

We help families secure their financial future by offering protection plans in areas such as Mortgage Protection, Final Expense, Debt Elimination, and Retirement Planning. Our work is vital and highly valued by the families we serve.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with responders sent into our office by potential clients and schedule appointments.
• Meet with families via in-person meetings, phone calls, or video chats to find suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your performance metrics to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training sessions.
• Note: Our sales representatives do NOT engage in cold calling or prospecting.
• This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor position (1099), not an employee role.

Qualifications

• Possession of a State Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong rapport-building skills.
• Proficiency with smartphones, computers, or iPads.
