OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales Representative will be responsible for the development and execution of a market strategy within an assigned territory, with a focus on securing installation and consulting projects in warehouse automation. This role will involve full-cycle B2B sales — identifying client pain points, proposing solutions, and closing deals — specifically targeting companies requiring AS/RS, racking systems, and warehouse integration support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a defined sales territory and serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients
Prospect, qualify, and schedule discovery calls with clients in the automation, logistics, construction, and industrial sectors
Develop proposals and presentations in collaboration with the Director of Business Development and Project Management team
Present comprehensive solutions and service packages to key decision-makers (e.g., Engineers, Procurement, Operations)
Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools
Negotiate and close sales, managing stakeholder expectations and overcoming objections
Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and client walkthroughs (as required)
Continuously build knowledge of installation processes and systems to become a trusted advisor to clients
Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth post-sale execution and client satisfaction
Maintain regular, proactive communication with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders
Share insights and sales strategies with internal team to drive overall business growth
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of proven B2B sales experience (preferably in automation, construction, logistics, or industrial sectors)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
High level of accountability with experience managing long sales cycles
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office; CRM experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $75,000 - $85,000 (DOE)
