Roles and Responsibilities

• Direct Sales and Customer Service roles
• Upload customer information, contracts, photos, and relevant details into CRM systems immediately after customer interactions

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Eager to learn from top industry trainers, especially in storm damage assessment and homeowner engagement
• Enjoy talking to prospects, presenting, closing deals, and seeking referrals
• Motivated by deadlines and details, committed to providing outstanding customer service
• Able to meet and exceed sales quotas

Requirements

• Generate new business via door-knocking, inspections, and other sales activities
• Follow up on leads and maintain client files
• Perform storm damage inspections on residential homes
• Provide excellent customer service
• Attend meetings and training sessions
• Wear company-branded apparel and have vehicle decals
• Work hours include evenings and Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation capable of carrying tools
• Ability to set up and climb ladders, work outdoors in various weather conditions
