We are expanding our reach in the Pacific Northwest and are looking for a driven sales professional to lead the charge.

Position Summary

The Regional Sales Representative will spearhead business development efforts in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. This person will be responsible for growing SKY’s footprint with retailers, contractors, and developers—while also exploring new verticals such as hospitality, food service, cannabis, and healthcare environments.

This role is ideal for a self-starter with a hunter mindset, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and local market outreach.
  2. Build and manage a pipeline of prospects in retail and emerging verticals like hospitality and healthcare environments.
  3. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project scoping in collaboration with our internal design and estimating teams.
  4. Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contract terms with decision-makers.
  5. Represent SKY at trade shows, local industry events, and association gatherings.
  6. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  7. Maintain records of client interactions, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM.
  8. Provide ongoing client engagement throughout project lifecycle and handoff to operations.
Qualifications
  1. 3+ years of B2B sales experience in retail services, construction, fixtures/millwork, or commercial interiors.
  2. Proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business across multiple industries.
  3. Strong network of contacts in the Pacific Northwest market.
  4. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  6. Comfortable with regional travel (30–50%).
  7. Proficient with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
Compensation & Benefits

Initial Compensation (First 6 Months):

  • Base Salary: $3,500 – $5,000/month (based on experience)
  • Commission: 5–10% of gross profit per closed project (tiered)
  • Bonus: $1,000+ for first 3 closed deals within first 60 days

Post-Ramp Compensation (Ongoing):

  • Commission: 15–20% of gross profit
  • Quarterly bonus structure for hitting sales milestones
  • Annual incentive trip or high-performance bonus
