DC Pines is hiring Sales Representatives for the Houston area. Veterans are encouraged to apply. No prior sales or roofing experience is required as we provide training.

This full-time, in-person role offers base pay plus uncapped commission and a 12-week paid training program to help you learn our proven sales process and build customer relationships. You will identify homes needing roofing or window inspections, engage homeowners, and work toward closing opportunities with support from

The Role

You'll work directly with Houston-area homeowners to generate and close roofing and window opportunities.

You'll learn how to:

• Identify homes that may need roofing or window inspections
• Approach and communicate with homeowners
• Follow our proven sales process
• Build relationships and earn customer trust
• Handle objections and close opportunities
• Track your performance and continually improve
