Job summary

DC Pines in Houston is seeking Sales Representatives to generate and close roofing and window opportunities with homeowners. Veterans are encouraged to apply; no prior sales or roofing experience is required—we provide the training.

You'll follow a proven sales process, identify opportunities, handle objections, and track performance to continuously improve. This is a full-time, in-person role with base pay plus uncapped commissions and a 12-week paid training program.
