If you have an active Florida Real Estate license and a strong sales background, we'll provide in-person training, Hyperbound AI sales technology, coaching, and qualified guest presentations to help you transition into vacation ownership sales.

As a Frontline Sales Representative, you’ll meet with qualified guests at Silver Lake Resort, present vacation options, build value, handle objections, and close.

Qualifications

ACTIVE FLORIDA REAL ESTATE LICENSE & PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Capital Vacations is hiring proven sales professionals ready to take their skills into the vacation ownership industry.

No previous timeshare experience is required. If you have a strong sales background and an active Florida Real Estate License, we'll provide the in-person training, Hyperbound AI sales technology, coaching, and qualified guest presentations to help you transition your experience into vacation ownership sales.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Earn up to 18% commission

• $15/hour training pay for the first 60 days

Our Frontline training program is designed to help experienced sales professionals learn the vacation ownership industry and develop into confident Frontline closers.

You'll receive:

• Vacation ownership and product education

• Coaching from experienced sales leadership

Position Overview

As a Frontline Sales Representative, you'll meet with qualified guests visiting Silver Lake Resort, identify their vacation needs, deliver engaging presentations, build value in vacation ownership, overcome objections, and confidently close sales.

We provide the qualified guest presentations. You focus on selling.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License — Required

• Previous sales experience — Required

Timeshare or vacation ownership experience is NOT required.
