Total Quality Logistics is seeking driven sales candidates for its Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati. The role offers paid relocation to training with high earning potential and uncapped commissions, plus opportunities for advancement.

You will receive six months of hands-on training from experienced Logistics Account Executives, build a book of business, and advance on a structured leadership track. Bachelor's degree required; military veterans encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
