Total Quality Logistics is seeking a driven Sales Representative as part of its Fast Track Sales Program. The role offers paid relocation to Cincinnati for training, then a nationwide relocation to one of 65+ offices.

You will train with top brokers, learn sales, logistics and supply chain fundamentals, and work toward a six-figure earning potential with uncapped commissions. You must have aBachelor's degree and thrive in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
