Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking entry-level Sales Representatives in Fort Wayne, IN. No prior experience is required as the company offers a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics.

You will build relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery. The role provides a base compensation of $40,000–$45,000 in the first year, with an uncapped commission structure and strong earning potential as you progress with the company.

Responsibilities

• Receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives

• Manage daily operations and carrier relationships to meet deadlines
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build your customer book and close new accounts

What you'll do:

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build your book
• Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
• Establish relationships to close new customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
