Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Charlotte, NC is hiring entry-level sales representatives. You will enter a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics, learn to negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery.

You’ll start with a $40,000–$50,000 minimum compensation in your first year, with uncapped commissions and six-figure potential after three years. This role emphasizes high energy, mentorship, and a path toward leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your book of business, meeting sales metrics for commissions.

What you'll do:

• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build your book
• Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
• Establish relationships to close new customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
