Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking entry-level sales talent. No experience is required; we provide a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics as you build essential relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery.

You’ll start with 6 months of direct training and ongoing coaching, with uncapped commission potential and a track record of six-figure earnings for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Receive six months of direct training from seasoned Logistics Account Executives.
• Support account executives by solving customer needs and sourcing carriers.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your customer book and meet sales metrics for commissions.
• Establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers; resolve freight issues promptly.
