GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Representative, AFA, Sport Regional Accounts manages client relationships to meet their needs while promoting Luxottica and its brands. They serve as market advocates, offering programs, products, and services to grow business, while achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards in distribution, training, and merchandising.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Act as a NA Sport AFA ambassador, promoting brand value and integrity.
  2. Lead within their team and collaborate with RSM to identify opportunities and strengthen market position.
  3. Manage distribution proactively, cultivate existing clients, and prospect new markets.
  4. Ensure brand standards in visual merchandising and distribution are met and refreshed regularly.
  5. Build relationships at all levels within practices and businesses managed.
  6. Follow company sales processes and standards.
  7. Meet sales, pricing, distribution, and productivity targets.
  8. Use brand materials for staff training to reinforce brand messaging.
  9. Develop effective call plans to ensure regular customer visits.
  10. Participate in trade shows and stay current on market trends.
  11. Create business plans to meet objectives for the territory.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience with proven results.
  • Ability to carry sample bags weighing at least 25 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven sales performance and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent training and presentation abilities.
  • Visual merchandising experience.
  • Proficiency in PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
  • Valid driver’s license and legal eligibility to work in the US.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS degree.
