Job Overview

The Sales Representative, AFA, Sport Regional Accounts manages client relationships, promotes brand value, and supports business growth through sales targets, distribution, training, and merchandising efforts.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote brand integrity and act as an ambassador for NA Sport AFA.
• Lead within the market and collaborate with the RSM to identify opportunities.
• Manage distribution proactively, cultivate existing clients, and prospect new markets.
• Ensure brand standards in merchandising and distribution are met.
• Build relationships with clients at all levels.
• Follow sales processes and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct staff training using brand materials.
• Develop effective call plans for customer visits.
• Represent Luxottica at trade shows and stay current on industry trends.
• Create business plans to meet objectives.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience with proven results.
• Ability to carry sample bags weighing at least 25 lbs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Availability for extensive field travel, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license and legal eligibility to work in the US.

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS degree.
