Job summary

Cash-Wa Distributing is seeking a Produce Territory Sales Consultant to grow the greater Sioux Falls area with a hunter mentality and strong initiative. You will call on restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, schools, and care facilities within roughly 50 miles to provide fresh produce while expanding Express Produce's brand.

Day shift, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, road travel required. 2+ years in sales preferred; you will build relationships, present products, and drive revenue through proactive territory

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or related field preferred.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Reliable transportation with good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales: identify, contact & open new accounts; monitor and follow up on new accounts; exceed targets.
• Manage relationships: maintain high communication with customers, warehouse, and management; handle inquiries promptly.

As a Produce Territory Sales Consultant for Express Produce, you will call on a variety of current and potential clients to include restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, schools, and long-term care facilities and more to provide fresh produce for their business needs while growing the business and brand of Express Produce.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales
  • Identify, contact & open new account & business opportunities.
  • Monitor and follow up on new accounts.
  • Maintain and exceed sales results, initiatives, and targets.
  • Actively manage the prospects and growth of Express produce.
• Manage Relationships & Communication
  • High level of communicationwith customers, warehouse, and General Manager.
  • Handling customer interactions and concerns quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain strong relations with customers, warehouse, and team.
  • Presentations to accounts and General Manger in virtual and face to face meetings.
• Administration and Strategy
  • Contribute in the planning and vision for future growth.
  • Report and update weekly on activity status.
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as e-mails, follow up with customer-related questions or tasks, and tracking of targets.
  • Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle including product support and sales.

Experience & Requirements
