Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Santa Barbara is seeking an outside sales professional to own a local book of business, selling to independent accounts and expanding new opportunities. You will manage end-to-end relationships with customers and drive growth in a competitive foodservice market.

Training will be provided with a salary, followed by uncapped commissions, monthly and annual bonus incentives, and a supportive, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in competitive sales in the foodservice industry.
• 2+ years working experience as a chef, sous chef, or restaurant general manager is ideal.
