Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking an outside sales professional to grow a local Ventura, CA book of business. You will manage independent accounts, win new business, and expand relationships, owning end-to-end customer interactions.

The role offers training salary with uncapped commissions, plus monthly and annual bonus incentives in a collaborative, high-performing culture that rewards winning the right way.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of working experience as a chef, sous chef, or restaurant general manager is ideal.
• 2+ years working experience in competitive sales in the foodservice industry is most preferred.
• Outside sales role selling to independent accounts and expanding accounts, owning end-to-end customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sell to independent accounts and win new business.
• Expand and maintain your own book of business.
• Own end-to-end relationship with customers in the Ventura area.
