Job summary

Para la Naturaleza in Puerto Rico seeks a Sales Representative to deliver customer service across phone, email, chats, text, social media, and in-person channels for orders, reservations and store operations. This role covers both the physical and online store, including order processing and inventory management.

The successful candidate will assist customers visiting the store, process orders, pack/shipping, and perform admin tasks with reporting duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 1–2 years in customer service, sales, or related roles.
• Proficient in Windows, MAC OS, MS Office, Outlook, CRM, and POS.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, travel within or outside Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and via phone, email, chats, and social channels.
• Process orders and reservations, and manage in-store and online sales.
• Access retail and online systems to check new orders and process promptly.
• Pack and ship orders, restock shipping supplies and store materials.
• Handle returns, manage inventory, and contribute to reports and meetings.

We are Para la Naturaleza, a nonprofit environmental organization based in Puerto Rico and we are looking for a candidate to join our team! Our Sales Representative is responsible for providing customer service via phone, email, chats, text messages, social media, and in person regarding orders, reservations and operations in both, the physical and digital store. Duties include assisting customers visiting our store, processing orders, daily accessing the retail and online sales system to check for new orders and process them promptly, packing and shipping orders, restocking shipping supplies and physical store materials, handling returns, managing inventory, participate in meetings, and perform administrative tasks, including reports.

Seeking candidates for Vivero de Río Piedras in Puerto Rico. We have one (1) full time regular job opportunity.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
• 1- 2 years of experience in in similar position and/o in functions related to customer service, inventory, sales, and cash management.
• Knowledge of computer programs: Internet, Windows, MAC OS, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook, CRM and POS.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish
• Teamwork oriented
• Availability and flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and travel within or outside of Puerto Rico.
