Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or credits in Business Admin or Communications.
• 2 years in customer service, sales and cash handling.
• Proficient with Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, Outlook, CRM and POS.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; excellent communication.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and travel within PR.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to answer questions about products, services, reservations and collections.
• Serve customers visiting the location and process orders from online and in-store.
• Log into retail and online sales systems daily to check orders and process them.
• Pack orders and take them to the mail for shipment; manage cash handling as needed.
