We are on the hunt for Sales Associates to help us grow and build lasting relationships with our retail accounts. In this role, you will be tasked with expanding our retail customer base in your assigned territory, driving sales, and ensuring the satisfaction of our retail partners. This role demands a customer-centric thinker, a strong communicator, and a person capable meeting (and exceeding!) sales targets.

Requirements
This position requires daily attendance in our Birmingham, AL offices. Remote work is not an option for this position.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in retail sales, wholesale sales, or account management in the apparel industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience developing, managing, and expanding new markets.
Experience creating growth strategies, sales goals, and measuring sales KPIs.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication skills. Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to others.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results oriented environment.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
Tech-Savvy with experience working within Sales and CRM software.
Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.
