Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Sales Consultant for the Knoxville Territory to join a full-time, commission-based role with paid training. Design Consultants visit residential homes to present window and door replacement solutions and close deals on the same day.

Candidates should have 2+ years of sales success in luxury or high-value transactions, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to two hours daily. Training, mentorship, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License.
• Able to travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Capable of lifting 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Comfortable using iPad apps and software.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

• Visit pre-scheduled residential appointments and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with all information needed for same-day decisions.
• Execute a strong one-call close with no project management or follow-up required.
• Engage customers, address questions, and close deals professionally.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in September 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits
