Job summary

Heiller RCM is seeking motivated sales professionals in Arizona and the Southwest to help independent practices discover how much revenue they're leaving on the table. This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor role, paid on commission only, with 10–25% recurring for 12 months per client.

Earn a meaningful share of every client you bring in, paid monthly for 12 months. Choose paths: Appointment Setter (10%), Sales Closer (25%), Hybrid Rep (20%).

Qualifications

• Experience selling into healthcare is a strong plus.
• Proven cold-calling or field sales skills and eagerness to learn.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Existing relationships with practice owners or office managers in Arizona are a bonus.

Heiller RCM is a medical billing and revenue cycle management company serving independent practices and small healthcare organizations across the US. We help providers get paid faster and in full by handling eligibility checks, prior authorizations, claims submission, denial management, and AR follow-up. We combine experienced billers with AI-assisted workflows to catch problems early and recover revenue practices are losing.

About the Role

We're looking for motivated sales professionals in Arizona and the Southwest to help independent practices discover how much revenue they're leaving on the table.

This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor role, paid on commission only. There is no base salary. In exchange, you earn a meaningful share of every client you bring in, paid monthly for 12 months.

Choose the Path That Fits You

• Appointment Setter (10% commission): Reach out to practice owners and office managers, and book discovery meetings.
• Sales Closer (25% commission): Run booked meetings, present our services, and close new clients.
• Hybrid Rep (20% commission): Prospect, run meetings, and close deals end to end.

Commission is calculated on each client's monthly payment to us, for 12 months after signing, and is paid once the client's payment is received.

What We're Looking For

• Experience selling into healthcare (medical devices, EHR, pharma, dental, therapy, or billing services) is a strong plus
• No healthcare background? We'll still consider you if you have proven cold-calling or field sales skills and are eager to learn
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Existing relationships with practice owners or office managers in Arizona are a bonus
