Direct Fairways is seeking a self-motivated Sales Representative for an on-site role in Tempe, AZ. The position offers paid training, weekly pay, and an opportunity to earn via commissions and bonuses.

You'll learn to present advertising solutions, build relationships with business owners, and manage the full sales process from first contact to close in a collaborative, ESOP-owned environment.

Qualifications

• No previous sales experience is required - our paid training and ongoing coaching are designed to help you build the skills and confidence to succeed.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or appointment setting is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

• $15.15/hour- up to $40/hour (Performance-based)
• 10-20% commission
• $1,000- $2,500 monthly bonus opportunities
• Daily cash incentives
• Weekly pay + $100 sign-on bonus
