Direct Fairways in Fairview, Oregon is seeking a self-motivated Sales Representative for an in-person, full-time role Monday through Friday with no weekends. No prior sales experience required as paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.

You will learn to build relationships with business owners, present advertising solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close, while benefiting from weekly pay, a $1000 sign-on bonus, and ESOP ownership.

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or appointment setting is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

• $16.80/hour- up to $25/hour (Performance-based)
• 10–20% commission
• $1,000–$2,500 monthly bonus opportunities
• Daily cash incentives
• Weekly pay + $100 sign-on bonus
