Job summary

Direct Fairways is hiring a Sales Representative for an in-person, Monday–Friday role with paid training. The position offers weekly pay, a $100 sign‑on bonus, and opportunities within a 100% ESOP‑owned company.

You will learn to build relationships with business owners, present advertising solutions, and manage the full sales process from initial contact to close while developing sales and negotiation skills. No weekends, in-person only.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; paid training and ongoing coaching provided.
• Strong communicators with good social skills.
• Competitive, goal-driven and coachable.
• Willing to commit to a full-time, in-person schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision‑makers.
