Bartlett Roofing in Murray, UT is seeking a Sales Representative who thrives on competition and autonomy. Schedule is in-office full-time; compensation combines commission and paid training, with uncapped earning potential through daily in-person interactions and door-to-door outreach.

You will identify leads, present roof inspections, guide homeowners through insurance claims, and manage the full sales cycle from inspection to close.

Qualifications

• Door-to-door sales experience in roofing or related fields is valued.
• Sales experience in SDR/BDR or inside/outside channels is a plus.
• Retail, customer service, hospitality experience helps in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects in-office and door-to-door.
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections.
• Own the full sales cycle - from initial inspection to closing the deal.
• Conduct roof inspections & represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings.
• Educate homeowners about services and insurance claims process.
• Maintain clear, professional communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Document all sales activities through mobile tools and CRM.
