Job summary

Bartlett Roofing, based in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Sales Representative to identify leads, generate prospects (in-office and door-to-door), and own the full sales cycle from inspection to close.

You will conduct roof inspections, represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings, and educate homeowners on services and insurance claims. This role offers paid training and uncapped commission in a fast-paced, autonomous setting.

• Own the full sales cycle - from initial inspection to closing the deal.

• Educate homeowners about services and the insurance claims process.

• Accurately document all sales activities through our mobile tools and CRM.

Compensation: Commission-Based + Paid Training

Expected Earnings: $80,000 - $175,000+ annually (uncapped commission)
