Job summary

Bartlett Roofing in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Sales Representative to drive revenue through outbound outreach and in-office activities. You will identify leads, generate prospects, and own the full sales cycle from inspection to close, including door-to-door outreach and roof inspections.

We offer uncapped commissions, paid training, and elite incentives like annual all-inclusive trips. This is an in-office, full-time role with a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and strong earning

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door).
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections.
• Own the full sales cycle - from initial inspection to closing the deal.
• Conduct roof inspections & represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings.
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment while maintaining clear, professional communication.
• Accurately document all sales activities through our mobile tools and CRM.

Compensation: Commission-Based + Paid Training
