Sales Representative - Northern California - Emergency Care (Hospital)

What you will do
- As a Patient Resuscitation and Treatment (PRT) Sales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell Stryker PRT products to meet customer needs.
- You will achieve your quota by taking a consultative approach to hospital sales, marketing, and clinical demonstrations of related products and programs.
- You will become the resident PRT expert, working with nurses, medical directors, and administrators, building credibility through your knowledge of your products and competitors’ offerings.
- You will focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork, problem-solving, operating with honesty and integrity, and providing exceptional customer service.
- You will contribute to product innovation by listening, collaborating, and sharing new ideas.
- You will live out your mission to save and change lives by selling Stryker products that improve healthcare.
What you need
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or 5+ years of professional experience, with sales or clinical background preferred.
- Knowledge of marketing, market research, new product development, P/L management, and field testing.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a good driving record.
Physical Requirements
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force to move objects.
- Prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and crawling.
- Coordination of eye, hand, and foot movements, with the ability to grasp and meet cognitive demands including visual and auditory discrimination, reading, and memory retention.
- Handling various materials such as fabrics, Velcro, zippers, rubber, metals, and coated products.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of presenting to large groups.
