What you will do
- Promote and sell Stryker PRT products to meet customer needs through strategic efforts.
- Achieve sales quotas by employing a consultative approach in hospital sales, marketing, and clinical demonstrations.
- Become a PRT product expert, engaging with nurses, medical directors, and administrators, and understanding competitors’ offerings to build credibility.
- Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork, problem-solving, honesty, and providing exceptional service.
- Contribute to product innovation by listening and collaborating with others.
- Live out your mission by selling products that enhance healthcare and save lives.
What you need
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 5+ years of professional experience required, sales or clinical background preferred.
- Knowledge of marketing, market research, product development, P/L management, and field testing.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record in your state of residence.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally or constantly.
- May involve prolonged periods of various physical positions.
- Coordination and cognitive skills including visual/auditory discrimination, reading, and memory.
- Handling various materials such as fabrics, Velcro, zippers, and product components.
Mental Requirements
- Strong interpersonal communication, stress management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independence.
- Effective written and oral communication, including presenting to large groups.
- Time management and task completion with minimal supervision.
