What you will do
  • Promote and sell Stryker PRT products to meet customer needs through strategic efforts.
  • Achieve sales quotas by employing a consultative approach in hospital sales, marketing, and clinical demonstrations.
  • Become a PRT product expert, engaging with nurses, medical directors, and administrators, and understanding competitors’ offerings to build credibility.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork, problem-solving, honesty, and providing exceptional service.
  • Contribute to product innovation by listening and collaborating with others.
  • Live out your mission by selling products that enhance healthcare and save lives.
What you need
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 5+ years of professional experience required, sales or clinical background preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing, market research, product development, P/L management, and field testing.
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record in your state of residence.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally or constantly.
  • May involve prolonged periods of various physical positions.
  • Coordination and cognitive skills including visual/auditory discrimination, reading, and memory.
  • Handling various materials such as fabrics, Velcro, zippers, and product components.
Mental Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal communication, stress management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independence.
  • Effective written and oral communication, including presenting to large groups.
  • Time management and task completion with minimal supervision.
  • Prioritization, detailed record-keeping, and high ethical standards.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
