Job Summary

• Plans, directs or coordinates the actual sales or movement of a product or service to the customer.
• Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales quotas and goals and establishing training programs for sales associates.
• Analyzes sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements.
• Directs and coordinates activities involving sales services.
• Resolves customer complaints regarding sales.
• Trains, oversees and motivates sales staff.
• Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintains them over time.
• Inspects products and materials for sale. Instruct and oversee sale activity by staff to address compliance.
• Generates reports and records on sale activities by sales staff.
