Job Title: Sales Representative Manager

Location: Remote (U.S.-based, with ~50% travel domestically and internationally)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative Manager to lead business development and sales activities for our Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing contracts and new business items, including data centers, non-explosive enclosure materials, and other emerging product lines. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong technical understanding and proven experience in industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities and manage existing relationships for BESS and diversified product lines
• Identify and close manufacturing contracts with BESS integrators, data center developers, and industrial clients
• Understand technical product features and communicate value propositions to stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and product development teams
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report forecasts to the Sales Leader
• Travel up to 50%, including domestic and occasional international trips
• In addition to the Key Responsibilities listed above, the employee may be asked to assist with other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in energy storage, industrial enclosures, or construction materials
• Strong understanding of BESS, data center infrastructure, or specialty materials
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
