Prizm Pest Control is seeking driven individuals for the 2027 Sales Representative & Internship Program in Greensboro, NC and nearby markets. This full-time, seasonal role focuses on new customer acquisition through door-to-door engagement in assigned territories.

The program runs April 19–August 22, includes onboarding, daily field training, and performance coaching. Ideal for students, graduates, and aspiring entrepreneurs seeking high-income, performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Previous door-to-door or direct sales experience preferred, not required.
• Leadership experience through athletics, student organizations, or community involvement.
• Interest in business, entrepreneurship, marketing, or sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Represent Prizm Pest Control professionally and confidently within assigned territories.
• Educate homeowners on Prizm's pest control solutions, seasonal pest behavior, and long-term protection plans.
• Generate new residential customers through face-to-face outreach and consultative selling.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals tracked through CRM systems and performance dashboards.
• Participate in daily team meetings, skill development sessions, and territory strategy planning.
• Maintain professionalism, resilience, and adaptability in a high-activity, goal-oriented environment.
