Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Pay Philosophy

The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The full salary range reflects the competitive market value and opportunities for growth. Some roles may include commission and/or bonus earnings based on performance.

Position Location & Requirements

This role is available for candidates in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio, & Kentucky. Applicants must reside within these states.

Key qualities include positivity, flexibility, determination, and persuasiveness. Benefits include paid training, licensing in all 50 states, and handling warm leads (no cold calls). The role offers unlimited earning potential, commissions, and benefits starting day one.

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match coverages and products to convert leads into policyholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Passionate seller with sales expertise.
  • Effective communicator with prospects and customers.
  • Organized with strong decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in typing and PC use.
  • Property & Casualty License required after hire (training and licensing provided).
Position Details
  • 16-18 weeks of paid training, depending on licensing status.
  • Comprehensive benefits from day one.
  • No cold calls, only warm leads.
  • Work schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid-morning start (e.g., 11 am-8 pm CST), for at least 12 months.
  • Equipment provided; must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Additional Qualifications
  • 2-3 years sales experience preferred; at least 2 years required.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Property & Casualty License required post-hire.
