What We Do

The DataTrace National Account Executive is responsible for identifying new business revenue opportunities and generating new business by leveraging their sales experience, closing, and in-person presentation skills.

To support the Sales strategy for the assigned territory, the National Account Executive will develop and retain a quality residential client base of Title Agents, Brokers, Lenders, Builders, Attorneys, and others through the acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing customers to attain maximum sales volume and develop maximum potential volume from all markets for DataTrace products and services.

Essential Functions
  1. Meeting sales quotas or revenue targets as set by management
  2. Identify and generate new business revenue opportunities
  3. Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the entire sales cycle
  4. Develop business contacts with Title Agents, Brokers, Lenders, Builders, Attorneys, and secure new orders from new customers while expanding existing client relationships
  5. Compile lists of prospective customers and develop call plans for qualified real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys
  6. Assess individual client needs and develop, present, and implement plans to meet those needs
  7. Attend real estate industry functions and participate in community and real estate events to increase visibility
  8. Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content and social media presence
  9. Create or adapt and deliver presentations to customer groups and target audiences
  10. Interact daily with other departments such as Operations, Marketing, and Escrow branches
  11. Communicate proactively and respond promptly to clients

Typical Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typical Range of Experience
  • 2-5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
License or Certification
  • Valid driver's license required

Pay Range: $60K - $80K

This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives based on production or other goals. The pay range is an estimate and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
