Position Details

This role is available for candidates in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Kentucky. Applicants must reside within these states.

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match coverages to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Requirements

• Paid training includes licensing; property & casualty license required after hire.
• Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed.

• No cold calls; all inbound warm leads.
• Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, 11am-8pm CST, for at least 12 months.
• Must have a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload); satellite and mobile internet not supported.
