Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

The typical starting salary depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The full salary range reflects the competitive market and opportunities for growth. Some roles may include commission and/or bonus earnings based on performance.

Location

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance options and converting leads into policyholders.

Position Details

• Paid remote training for licensing and onboarding.
• Training lasts 16-18 weeks depending on licensing status.

• Work schedule includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, 11am-8pm CST.
• Equipment provided; must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet.
