Job summary

Wash N Roll is seeking a personable Sales Representative at our Nashville locations to grow the membership base and educate customers on the value of a Wash N Roll membership.

You’ll engage with guests, assess their needs, and recommend the best membership option, while delivering a friendly, high-energy sales experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching and talking with new people.
• Positive, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
• Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
