Job summary

Gas-N-Wash is seeking a Car Wash Sales Representative to greet customers, promote unlimited wash memberships, and educate guests on wash packages and add-ons. You’ll drive sales, assist with operations, and help keep the car wash area clean and safe in all weather conditions.

You’ll be compensated with a competitive hourly wage starting at $18 plus uncapped commission, with paid training and opportunities for advancement into leadership roles within a fun, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience (car wash or automotive experience a plus).
• Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Promote and sell unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.
• Educate customers on the benefits of different wash packages and add-ons.

• Help maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash including the landscaping.
• Learn the processes of handling chemicals safely.

As a Car Wash Sales Representative, you’ll be the friendly face and persuasive voice that connects customers to our services. You’ll help drivers discover the value of our unlimited wash plans, seasonal promotions, and premium upgrades — turning first‑time visitors into loyal members. Your work will directly fuel our growth and keep our customers coming back.
