Job summary

Wash N Roll is seeking a friendly Sales Representative in Bellevue, TN to grow membership and introduce customers to Wash N Roll value.

You will engage with customers at our locations, assess needs, and recommend memberships that fit their lifestyle, aiming to build long-term relationships and improve satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching and talking with new people.
• Positive, energetic and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

We’re looking for an outgoing, motivated Sales Representative to help grow our membership base and introduce customers to the value of a Wash N Roll membership.

Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and helping them choose the Wash N Roll membership that best fits their lifestyle. You’ll work directly with customers at our locations and play an important role in driving membership growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, competitive, and comfortable starting conversations with people throughout the day.
