Job Opportunity: TrackMan Representative in France

Would you love to sell to and service the best Golf Coaches, Club Fitters, and Players in France? Are you ambitious, self-driven, and willing to go the extra mile? Join our successful TrackMan Golf sales team!

Since its inception, TrackMan has benefited from exceptional talent. We are seeking the best to advance our success story. As a TrackMan Representative, you will demonstrate and sell our products and services within France.

TrackMan is a rapidly growing sports technology company specializing in 3D ball flight measurement systems for various sports, originally developed for golf. We are a market leader in multiple sports disciplines, providing real-time sports motion data.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver product demonstrations to teaching pros, club fitters, amateurs, and other clients regularly.
  2. Generate leads through cold calling, workshops, social media, and other channels.
  3. Collaborate with local PGA and golf organizations for demand generation.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction through training and service.
  5. Prepare proposals and manage orders.
  6. Provide customer training and first-level support.
  7. Organize and execute TrackMan University workshops.
  8. Test products and relay feedback to development teams.
  9. Develop and improve sales strategies for your territories.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Personal drive, self-starter attitude, willing to go the extra mile.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • At least 3 years of consultative sales experience.
  • Golf professional or single HCP amateur golfer.
  • Own car with full driver’s license.
  • Degree in technology, business, or marketing.
  • Reliable, relationship builder, persuasive, perseverant, organized, communicative, analytical, attentive to detail, and good listener.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong network in the local golf industry.
  • Experience in developing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office.

The compensation plan includes 60% fixed and 40% variable pay. Extensive onboarding and coaching are provided. The role is home-based within your territory, with 50% travel expected.
