What You’ll Do:

• Identify and pursue prospective clients through directories, referrals, networking events, and trade shows
• Initiate conversations with business leaders to understand staffing needs and position our customized solutions
• Present and distribute branded materials while promoting company services at events and conferences
• Develop tailored proposals that highlight the value of our staffing and HR offerings
• Clearly communicate pricing structures, contract terms, and service timelines
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships by providing responsive, consultative service

Compensation & Growth Opportunities:

• Commission-based role starting at 5% of all closed sales
• Earn an additional 5% for every $40,000 in sales, up to a maximum of 25% commission
• Full flexibility: Work remotely, set your own schedule, and define your outreach strategy
